February Read Along
As most of you have noticed we’re doing a read along every month the 2016 schedule has been posted both on our facebook page and our goodreads group. So taking January as a time to re-group and figure out everything for a read-along. We finally decided on a book! And I’m really excited about it. It’s an author I’ve never read before and I’ve heard great things about said author. And ALSO we’ll be doing another giveaway. But without further ado, our February 2016 read along book is….
Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover!
At twenty-two years old, Sydney is enjoying a great life: She’s in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her best friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers that Hunter is cheating on her—and she’s forced to decide what her next move should be.
Soon, Sydney finds herself captivated by her mysterious and attractive neighbor, Ridge. She can’t take her eyes off him or stop listening to the passionate way he plays his guitar every evening out on his balcony. And there’s something about Sydney that Ridge can’t ignore, either. They soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one.
A passionate tale of friendship, betrayal, and romance, Maybe Someday will immerse readers in Sydney’s tumultuous world from the very first page.
We’ve been working to figure out a hashtag for this lovely read along, as well as re-working our goodreads page. Please join it for the discussion portion of the read along! But as you know, we’ve been having a few give aways with our read alongs. And I’m more than happy to let you all know, we’ll be giving away a SIGNED copy of To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han!
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is the story of Lara Jean, who has never openly admitted her crushes, but instead wrote each boy a letter about how she felt, sealed it, and hid it in a box under her bed. But one day Lara Jean discovers that somehow her secret box of letters has been mailed, causing all her crushes from her past to confront her about the letters: her first kiss, the boy from summer camp, even her sister’s ex-boyfriend, Josh. As she learns to deal with her past loves face to face, Lara Jean discovers that something good may come out of these letters after all.
We’ll let you know how we will be choosing the winner of the give away, but we’ll announce hashtags, goodreads discussions, and more closer to the begin date of the read along.
Happy Reading!
