September Wrap Up and Spooky TBR!

MonthlyWRAP_TBR

Hey guys! I did another astonishing magical thing of reading a good chunk of books this September. Although towards the end of the month it’s felt like quite the slump. Yikes!
But here’s what I’ve got in that pretty little head of mine for a Wrap Up and TBR!

Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon (E-Arc) 5/5 Stars
Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell  2/5 Stars
Storm Front (Dresden Files #1) by Jim Butcher   (Audiobook) 4/5 Stars
A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness  5/5 Stars
Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas (1/2 Audio 1/2 Read)   5/5 Stars

1/2 of Vengeance Road by Erin Bowman
15% of Queen of Shadows by Sarah J Maas.

So my favorite read of the month was a tie, between Everything, Everything and Heir of Fire. Two AWESOME books you should definitely pick up when you get a chance. I loved them both so much and highly recommend them!

I am so glad to see that I was not the only one who thought that Fan Girl was just ok!

  • Stephanie

Yeah, it was alright, I’m not a big contemporary fan. I don’t think it was the right book for me. Although I did love Everything, Everything. That’s a great read! Not Rainbow Rowell, but still….it was super good.

Oh dear, you gave Fangirl 2 out of 5 stars?! 😱
I’m so excited that you’re reading Queen of Shadows! I am still a puddle of incoherent feels thanks to the amazingness of that book! *cries happy tears*

  • Stephanie

Yeah I’m not a big contemporary fan…it didn’t do it for me and I had already read 2 contemporary books before Fangirl so maybe I just burnt myself out? But it was okay.

AND OMG QUEEN OF SHADOWS. I CAN’T EVEN DEAL I’M ON CHAPTER 16 AND I’M LITERALLY DYING.

  • Josephine
