The Sunshine Blogger Award

Hi everyone! Taylor here with a tag post! I really enjoy doing tag posts even though sometimes I forget to do them. Oops.

Anyway! Iwas tagged by Silanur at Aloofbooks. Her blog is really pretty and awesome so be sure to go check her out. :)

Silanur asked 11 questions:

What are your favorite reads of 2015 so far?

I’ve read so many amazing books this year! Some them are Alive by Scott SiglerUgly Love by Colleen Hoover (I’ve read this book four times since May), A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. MaasRat Queens by Kurtis J. Wiebe and Wait for You by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

Where are you from?

I’m from Colorado!

What are your favorite movie(s)?

SO MANY! I love Marvel movies, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, and The Hobbit.

Do you watch booktube? If so, who are your favorite booktubers?

I spend so much time on BookTube! Some of my favorite are 16512readbooks kayBOOKSonFireDana WilkinsonLogan AshleyMelissas BooksRachel HannahReadLikeWildFireRon LitsarawithoutanHSincerely, CaylaSophiesSeriesWhittyNovels, and WhyMermaids.

When did you start blogging, and how did you decide to blog?

I started blogging in February with Stephanie. We met on Instagram and we talked a little bit about blogging and we decided very quickly to a blog together.

Do you have any bookish pet peeves? If so, what?

Tons! But one that will always get me on a rant is when people think Young Adult literature is just for “kids” for any reason. So many people don’t know that the genre Young Adult just means that the main character is between the ages of 13-19. I’ll do a Discussion Sunday post on this one day because I have so much to say about this subject.

What are your favorite foods and desserts?

Pizza, nachos, and ice cream.

What book would you recommend to fantasy lovers? (Please don’t choose something everyone already knows about like Throne of Glass or Harry Potter)

I would recommend A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. SchwabA Court of Thorns and Roses
by Sarah J. MaasCinder by Marissa Meyer, and Red Rising by Pierce Brown.

Can you speak any other languages?

I can meow at my cat and she’ll meow back though. Does that count?

When is your birthday?

January 8th.

Which books would you want for your birthday? (I know I’m totally random but just go with it.)

My book wishlist is constantly changing because if I want a book(s), I just go buy it. If I really want a book, it normally takes no longer than a month before I own it.

Those are all of Silanur questions! Now are the questions that I’m going to ask:

1)  If you could only read three books for the rest of your life, what books would you pick?

2) What’s the most recent book that changed your life?

3) If you could turn one book into a movie, what would it be?

4) How many books have you read this year?

5) What’s your top five most hated/disliked books that you’ve read?

6) If you could spend the day with three authors, who would they be and what would you do?

7) If you live in a fictional world, what would it be?

8) What do you love most about reading?

9) If you could turn a book cover into clothing, what cover would it be and what kind of clothing?

10) Do you read in public?

And I tag EVERYONE. If you’re reading this, I tag you. Seriously.
